For Not Kissing the Ring

It's no secret how "governments" directly punish the disobedient:
caging them, fining them, etc. But to not bow and kiss the ring of
the control freaks often has many not-so-direct consequences, not
just from the
politicians' hired thugs (cops, judges, prosecutors, etc.), but
from "society" in general. It's no different than a slave on a
plantation trying to escape, and not only being whipped by the
master, but also being scorned and attacked by the "good" slaves
who take pride in their loyalty to their owners. Allow me to give a
specific example--not just to infuriate you, but also to give you a
chance to HELP one victim of this.

Those of you who were paying attention, years ago, to my
"adventures" with the federal extortion racket and kangaroo court
system, may recognize the name of Tom Clayton, M.D. ("Dr. Tom," for
short), who committed my "Theft By Deception" video--a video which
demonstrates how those in power are lying about, and hugely
misapplying, the federal "income tax" laws. (Right now, it doesn't
matter if you're familiar with the legal issue, or whether you
agree with me on that or not.) To make a long story short, Dr. Tom
was robbed into poverty and caged for several years, for having
tried to tell the truth and do the right thing. The actual charges
were: not sending pieces of paper to the IRS ("willful failure to
file"), and formally
requesting money back that he had payed the IRS before (which the
crooks mischaracterized as "filing false returns"). But while his
"public flogging" (prison time, fines, harassment, demonization,
all that nice stuff) ended many years ago, he is STILL being
punished for trying to do the right thing.

It seems some power-happy state-worshiping bozos are determined to
prevent Dr. Tom from getting his medical license back, based on
something that had nothing to do with medicine and nothing to do
with being dishonest. Of note, the Texas Board of Arrogant Busy-
Bodies (not quite their exact title) has reinstated the licenses of
all sorts of actual criminals (who had actual victims), including
those convicted of everything from fraud to murder. But for the
heinous sin of not paying tribute to the parasite class, they are
trying to permanently prevent Dr. Tom from ever practicing medicine
again.

To make matters worse, instead of just saying from the beginning,
"You can't ever get your license back," they told him--in WRITING,
even--that he COULD get his license back after leaving prison. Then
they instructed him to jump through various hoops, going through
the expensive and time-consuming process of trying to get his
license reinstated, only to then say, "Oh, you have a felony
conviction, so you automatically lose." (As it happens, the board's
position is completely contrary to their own rules and to the law.)
So now we have a highly experienced physician who has already
served time and been robbed, and who is still being prevented from:
a) earning a living doing what he is an expert at, and; b) helping
all the patients he would be helping. Why? Because some uppity,
state-worshiping bureaucratic piece of crap on a power trip wants
him to suffer for having dared to not blindly and meekly bow at the
altar of all-mighty "government." The facts, justice, even the law,
don't matter at all. He was a disobedient subject, and so he must
be destroyed!

>From what I've seen, Dr. Tom has a really good case ("legally"
speaking) as he takes his appeal to the next level. But of course,
the parasites and busybodies are happy to let their victims use up
all their energy and money trying to get justice, while the
bureaucrats and thugs risk nothing for their actions. So I want to
end this unpleasant story with a quick appeal to anyone who wants
to, to send Dr. Tom a little support. He risked and lost a LOT--a
hell of a lot--to try to do the right thing. The fact that there
are STILL slimy bastards, inside and outside of "government,"
trying to make him suffer as a result, is just infuriating. If he
gets his medical license back, he can start trying to rebuild his
life. But for now, he is STILL being punished and tormented for
having more principles and integrity that just about anyone else I

It really sucks that in the "land of the free" (nice joke) people
get REWARDED for being lying crooks, and PUNISHED for being on the
side of truth and justice. Yes, it happens all the time, but I hope
