I felt tiredness during the day, but couldnt know for sure if it was the effect of ALA and DMSA or not. im taking 50mg of both every 3 hours. im on my way to buy some insoluble fiber,bushwella, and some vitamin e, for my ulcerative colitis. theres a guy named sheldon, hes saying he cured his ulcerative colitis condition with some vitamin e enema and diet. gonna go ahead and do that.

but waking up at 3am and 6am to take em isnt so bad, I always get up 3-7 times a night because of my ulcerative colitis condition. ill be back. by the way dulak, where you from man?
