I live in kenosha WI atm which is pretty much between miwaukee and chicago and I'm looking for a mercury free dentist. I would prefer one that is closer to the border of wisconsin ie northern suberbs of chicago or kenosha/racine area.
Anyone have a good dentist they would recommend?
I dont need any amalgams removed; I actually want to get xrays of where 2 previous amalgams were to make sure that all the mercury was removed (I had them removed by a non mercury conscious dentist and I want to make sure that all was removed in the process).
thanks

Hi Dulak,
I lived in Kenosha for 8 months then moved back home to Minnesota!
I would recommend you find a natural health food store and get a referral from there. They also have all those free publications that people advertise in. That is how I found the mercury free dentist I am going to use.
Hope this helps - good luck <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I just finished up with Dr Rothchild (referred to me from Huggins people). He's on the skirts of Chicago in Hoffman Estates. He has a website at www.rothchild-dds.com There's actually a video on his site where they show Mercury Vapor coming off a filling, and other good info. He's a little pricey, but very good and uses the needed safety measures...oxygen, rubber dam, etc.. Other than him, the only other merc free dentist that was recommened to me near Illinois was one in St Louis....but not to say there aren't more, those are just the ones that Huggins referred to me. Hope this helps....
