Boots [UK] do 500g boxes for about 1.50.
(Epsom Salts [magnesium sulphate] - green/white packaging.)
Cant use it myself [tried a handful in bath, footbath]... pre-seizure crap starts pretty quickly.
Guess its a case of try a bit and see how u react.
