Hi Dawn.

I personally would stop the Stevia - just incase you're sensitive to it. You could try Xylitol. It's supposed to have a lot of health advantages, including help bone regeneration and hormone and insulin balancing. The downside is that it treats yeasts infections - and I've heard candida is the body's natural way of protecting from mercury (I don't know if that is true). So treating the yeast might not be the best thing to do first.

What are you doing to detox at the moment? I know what it's like to be scared of taking things. Something you might want to take, if you're not, are:

vitamin c (I take 500mg a day)
vitamin e (I take 200iu)

Some people here take higher dosages, so you might want to experiment with what makes you feel better.

make sure your diet includes minimum recommended amount of protein a day (for me it's 40g).

I've heard that eggs are good for detoxing, but you might want to watch how you respond to them.

Are you eating meat? If not, you need to take a B12 supplement.

I'm trying occasional selenium at the moment, which is supposed to help detox aswell.

If you are eating coriander, you might want to stop for a while.

Drink plenty of water (preferably bottled) and be on the look out for things like aspartame.

You could also maybe look into zinc. I have a theory that some people excrete the mercury naturally better than others post-removal, and that is part of why they get better quicker. If you have a problem excreting the mercury, then you might need a little help. I've heard zinc can help with it - but it is, I think, a metal, so something to look into.

I hope this is of some help. i'm still learning and experimenting myself. Do you have a doctor to help or are you going it alone like some of are having to do?
