Hi Dawn.
Have you eaten anything different this week? I too get good and bad weeks and am trying to keep a close watch on what I am eating to see if I can see patterns.
Are you following a mercury toxicity diet like no dairy? I'm trying to cut down on gluten, as people are said to have had improvement by a dairy and gluten free diet.
Are you ok with bananas? I believe they contain tryptophan (spelling) which helps relieve anxiety. Unfortunately I don't do well with them, but they are reputedly a good source.
Although I don't know how good/bad it is for mercury toxicity, chocolate also boosts serotonin, at least in the short term - but might cause crash of levels afterwards. I'm experiementing with plain chocolate at the moment.
I get OCD, which some people say it caused by lack of serotonin - and I believe mercury interfers with serotonin and nerve connections.
Magnesium supplementation might help aswell. I currently take it as it's been connected also with these kind of problems.
