I bought mine from Integrated Healing Arts on Broadway. It cost 100 bucks for a large pail.
But first Hal Brown rested me for which blend was best. He came up with something called dental amalgam #2.
I just got it last week and haven't tried it yet. It sounds like a whole bunch of cleanup work to do the whole bath route. I figure to do a foot bath in a plastic tub instead.
