It's true it's Public Law 97-280 Oct 4 1982 proclaiming 1983 as the " Year Of The Bible " resolved by the Senate and House Of Representives in the United States Of America in Congress Assembled. Of the contribution the Bible had on our Founding Fathers and the Founding Of This Country & the Freedoms we have in our nation was inspired by this teaching.
