Demi The cold feeling and the sweating, as well as rashes, are consistent with what are the classic mercury symptoms. Even though I am 2 years past removal these still happen to me. They occur less than they did. The sweating and rashes are eliminating mercury from our bodies and the cold or numb feelings are the mercuring messing up our neuro-transmitters.That is what the books say. Regarding the eye problems, I had the same thing. I would get blinding flashes that would last about a half hour. I couldn't focus enough to drive a car. If I tried to concentrate on something I saw 2 of them. The traditional eye specialists I was sent to referred to the condition as an ocular migraine. This was happening to me several times a month. Since I had my amalgams removed I think it has happened twice in 2 years. The articles I researched stating that the retina is one of the main locations of mercury build-up must be correct. I always wore sunglasses the minute I went out doors. Even on a cloudy day I wore them for golf and driving. In the last year I can wear my clear bifocals and it doesn't bother me at all. So that is a huge improvement.
Hope the same happens for you.
