Since being ill I have been exercise intolerant where any physical exersion will trigger symptoms. The more mercury toxic I am, the quicker symptoms will manifest after physically exerting myself.

The only reason for this that I can think of is that the physical movement is mobilizing mercury out of the muscles and tendons and moving it into the blood stream where it will relocate causing symptoms.

At a different mercury forum, someone disagreed, saying he thought it had more to do with body chemistry and a stressed thyroid.

Anyone else have this?

BTW, another symptom trigger that I experience is cold. Literally, as temperatures move towards freezing it triggers symptoms, and the the more the temperature drops below freezing the more intense the symptoms. There is a direct correlation between cold and symptoms in a manner that I have not seen in anyone else.

If this is caused by mercury is the cold mobilizing mercury from some part of the body? Anyone else have any theories?

Again, anyone else have this?
