In 2005 on C-Span it shows President Obama as Senator saying it would be "unfair" to the minority party wether Democrat or Republican to change the rules in the middle of the game and end Democrat debate. Yet... that is exactly what they did recently to the minority party to end Republican debate going past our representative government. And yes "This is the most important and most dangerous restructuring of Senate rules since Thomas Jefferson wrote them at the beginning of our country." There is no real Freedom left if we cannot have what our Founding Fathers deemed best for our own Security as a nation. A speech given by President Obama just on this issue as being unfair was given by him as a Senator in 2005 and seen on this website and probably could be seen or found elsewhere on the web. Without debate without rights of the minority party and the people that have voted for them this will just make our nation more divided then ever and alienate more voters. The President as a Senator even said it is a bad idea and on this website is the video of it on why that is. It's still the same today a bad idea. http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Govern...-Will-Make-Bitterness-And-Gridlock-WorseOn what happened but is it fair or a good idea to do. http://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...c-52dd-11e3-9fe0-fd2ca728e67c_story.html
