Preconditioning: Preparing the Public for the Kennedy Assassination

Preconditioning is a technique used by those who wish to control a mass of people. When the PTB are staging a disaster, they don't want the public to retaliate or have any other violent reaction. The PTB simply want to execute their false flag or staged disaster and then use it to bring about the social/political change they intended.

By preconditioning the public before a planned disaster, the public is much more likely to remain calm during the disaster. This maintains a "stable" and manageable condition which avoids any unwanted side effects during the social/political change.
