Hi Folks,
I recently had my cortisol levels checked for the morning, noon, afternoon and night time. My morning and noon levels were within range, but my afternoon and evening levels were high. My sleep patterns are poor to say the least. I normally go to be at 10pm and always wake up at 4am completely wide awake but with little or no energy. I always feel drained or tired. My recovery time after any physical activity is very slow. I avoid most physical activity when possible due to how much it drains me. One other thing, I just had a sleep study and according to my Neurologist I have a mild case of sleep apnea. I tried the ceepap machine for one day and I felt worse the next day. My doctor said that's normal. I sure hope so.
Can someone with knowledge with these type of issues please make some suggestions as to what I can do to get my afternoon and evening levels of cortisol within a normal range. Thanks

Will adaptagens like astragalus or rhodiola help? Anyone?
