Instead of our freedom of Speech and our Bill of Rights/ Constitution based as we have now the "Danger To Feelings" was implimented instead which lead to the Abuse Of Pulpit which lead to persecution. Our Founding Fathers would not have been allowed to set up our foundations of our freedoms and rights in this country under a article such as that. They would not have been allowed to exist. And who gets to decide what is the common good in a situation such as that.
