Why is the Government building a Utah Data Base storing all our internet, phone and other data? Expecially if they say they are not going to use it then why do they need to keep it then? Why do they need a record of our voices?

Even with someone being as wonderful as that what would it take to rile up such anger between family members and people that are suppose to love each other what would it take to do that?
