Russ and everybody,

Russ, did you happen to find the name of the company that sol the poplar infrared sauna? Has anybody else heard of a good sauna? I am seriously considering getting one--not just for my mercury detox but for a tool for detox for all the other environmental toxins we have to endure. Dr. Sherry Rogers has written a book titled "Detoxify or Die". She extols the virtues of the sauna for metal detox and every other toxin as well. Her premise is that all disease is a result of a toxically overloaded system and that if you can unload the body burden the body will heal itself.
Anyway, I'd love to hear from anyone who has any experience with infrared saunas.
