Are organic foods free of MSG? I'm concerned that this may be in some foods I'm eating that are non-organic and want to try and avoid it as much as possible.

There probably isn't any MSG in particulare in organic food but, most non-organic foods now contain other soy isolates, oils, lecithin and derivatives that cause alot of the same syptoms. for more on the dangers of soy check out the Weston a. Price Foundations website under "Soy Alert!"
