Installing Picture Publisher 10 on Windows 7 64-bit SOLVED

Picture Publisher 10 will install on Windows 7 64-bit when run on Administrator mode, but when you try to run it, you get an error indicating that Picture Publisher won't run (has a problem).

You can solve this by using Windows Explorer to view the executable and setting these properties:

To get to the properties window, right-click on PP and then click "properties".

Now click the "Compatibility" tab.

Click "Change settings for all users"

Select "Run this program in compatibility mode for" - Windows XP Service Path 3

Select "Disable Visual Themes"

Select "Run this program as an administrator"

OK your way out of all open windows.

Now Picture Publisher should run perfectly in Windows 7 64-bit.
