This is a deceiver and an antichrist. From the description in Scripture it describes the antichrist system as.. Anti-Triune " Trinity", Anti- Son, Anti- Crucifixion and Anti- God in the flesh. Plus the Antichrist system will have no regard for womens rights it will be the opposite of the respect for women Jesus had. He magnifies himself above all! Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

Catholics believe in the one Triune God the Trinity and that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully Man the Crucifixion the Cross & Salvation and Grace!
Even though there are some questionable practices in the Catholic Church that many may find as un- Biblical and have problems with...
the description of doesn't seem to fit according to beliefs.
It's the description of basic beliefs.
And the Roman Empire was vast and it will come out of the Roman Empire so what does the Scriptures have to say about that?
And what nations would that include?

According To Biblical Scripture 'God gave it to us we turned it over to Satan. The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord's: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
Psalm 115:16 God gave it to us our first parents handed it over to Lucifer. It was theirs to give.
