Does anyone know anything about hemangiomas and mercury poisoning? My 22-year-old son had a comparatively small hemangioma when he was a baby which disappeared by itself. A few weeks ago, he showed me a comparatively HUGE mass on his lower leg (5" by 2" approx). It seems to be another hemangioma, but it has been growing! Underneath, there is a piece of bone missing from the tibia. Yes, he has just been to see the dr. who is mystified and referred him to an orthopedic dr. who is away right now. He can't get in for a month. Frankly, I'm worried. I need to keep praying. Meanwhile, has anyone out there ever had anything like this? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
