Interesting..God's judgment upon us, or is God refining the gold of America?
I would like to believe that God is refining the gold of America but our money isn't even backed by gold anymore.
This country is in big trouble.
The Bible says: The wicked borrows, and pays not again and we are living on borrowed money and debts that may never be paid back like those who took out big loans in the housing market and never could pay it back and could we default someday as well?
in Psalm 37:21 and, as we borrorow and owe so much that our future seems to be one of the 'borrower is servant to the lender.
Proverbs 22:7
Deuteronomy 15:6
For the LORD your God blesses you, as he promised you: and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow; and you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you.
Yet, America seems to be going in the other direction from lender to borrower that He shall lend to you, but you shall not lend to him and The Lord will bring a nation against you from afar and we have been attacked already on our land and now to see all the things that seem to be coming against us that seemed an unreality not so long ago. Maybe it's all a wake up call and just maybe like the land of Nineveh we will all come around?
But it just doesn't look like it so far but one never knows right. It could happen. We could all wake up and change our destiny that we have created for ourselves. Until then, it looks like we are truly at a crossroad.
Deeper and deeper in debt the Bible calls that a servant.
