Well anyways the first time I tried selenium I still had my fillings in and it was in yeast form. It made me feel terribly sick.

This time my fillings are out and it's in selenomethionine form. I took half a pill tonight (100 mg) and I feel both good and bad. My mood is good, but my body feels fairly uncomfortable and I feel dizzy.

What do you think? Is this a normal reaction to selenium?
