Christianity is the basis of everything we know know as 'science'; the whole endeavour was about discovering God's laws originally. Much was learned and mankind benefited until the arrival of false philosophies and false "science", which has as its basis denial of Christianity.

I have been relentlessly trying to find Scripture with a true meaning of "philosophy" in a verse, to no avail. As you said, the term itself is a theory or logical analysis of the principles underlying conduct, thought, knowledge, and the nature of the universe. What's wrong with that?

This is the only example I can find at this time from ICR describing another verse altogether:

"One of the major reasons the church has abandoned God's standards is because many of its leaders and followers have accepted evolutionary, humanistic philosophy and used this to reinterpret Scripture. They have accepted Satan's lie that Genesis is not literal truth, and thus have destroyed the foundation of Christianity."

The evolutionists certainly have a way of twisting the true meaning of words, especially against the Word of God. I was listening/watching an interview with Jason Lisle (ICR) against an evolutionist, and that guy totally twisted the scriptures to mean something totally false! But Jason held onto truth. Bless his heart. The evolutionists are totally blinded by the god of this world, as you well know.
