-Ken Ham Regarding Creation vs. Evolution

For the Christian, our starting point in time and creation is the Bible.
For the secularist, their starting point is from (man's determination), the world. So let's listen in as Ken defines his thoughts.
Everyone of us has a set of presuppositions that determine how we think.

Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis interviews Dr. Jason Lisle on Wretched Radio. They talk about the difficulty that goes with being a Creationist in the field of science as well as discussing the distance starlight problem or starlight & time issue along with how evolution has problems, etc.

This video is a discussion between Ken Ham and Jason Lisle.
When speaking on the subjects of when time began, (ie Big Bang Theory, etc.), it is clarified that for the Christian, everything had it's beginning in the Word of God.

For the secularist, they look at everything from the worldview. The Public Schools do not teach anything from the Bible. They used to. But many years ago, the Bible was completely removed from all Public Schools. Let's listen in...

It is a shame people don't realize Christianity is a philosophy - the only true philosophy, in fact. I understand how and why the term 'philosophy' has come to be associated with lies: it is associated with the false philosophies of man exclusively.

Christianity is the basis of everything we know know as 'science'; the whole endeavour was about discovering God's laws originally. Much was learned and mankind benefited until the arrival of false philosophies and false "science", which has as its basis denial of Christianity.

Thank you CTD,
I have been relentlessly trying to find Scripture with a true meaning of "philosophy" in a verse, to no avail. As you said, the term itself is a theory or logical analysis of the principles underlying conduct, thought, knowledge, and the nature of the universe. What's wrong with that?

This is the only example I can find at this time from ICR describing another verse altogether:

"One of the major reasons the church has abandoned God's standards is because many of its leaders and followers have accepted evolutionary, humanistic philosophy and used this to reinterpret Scripture. They have accepted Satan's lie that Genesis is not literal truth, and thus have destroyed the foundation of Christianity."

The evolutionists certainly have a way of twisting the true meaning of words, especially against the Word of God. I was listening/watching an interview with Jason Lisle (ICR) against an evolutionist, and that guy totally twisted the scriptures to mean something totally false! But Jason held onto truth. Bless his heart. The evolutionists are totally blinded by the god of this world, as you well know.

I'm enjoying reading your book, "Fail Satan", but REALLY look forward to the most recent, ATOM (America the Owners Manual) YES!
Thank you, and best wishes to you and your Authoring two new books. Jesus is Lord!

---THE BELIEVER'S SECURITY SYSTEM~~
---(Please Read/ 2 Peter 2:1-3; 2 Peter 2:18-22)

---Spiritual dangers are all around, but God has given believers a “spiritual security system.” He’s also provided godly shepherds in the church to protect the flock from spiritual predators.

These predators are false teachers who exploit the ignorance of immature believers. They also hunt down people with unresolved guilt and use phony remedies in an attempt to soothe consciences.

Churchgoers who fail to confess and forsake sin according to Scripture are highly susceptible to such trickery. Also at risk are those who know about Jesus and religious practices but are not genuinely saved—they might even be baptized church members, but unless they have the Holy Spirit, they cannot discern truth or live holy lives.

Thankfully, God has provided a way for believers to avoid these dangerous spiritual potholes. First and foremost, we have to saturate our mind continually with God’s Word. In so doing, we will eventually develop a mental filter that reacts in alarm when something false comes our way. In this manner, we become rooted and grounded in the truth.

Christians also have the indwelling Holy Spirit, who gives understanding of God’s Word, directs our way, and enables us to distinguish truth from error. He educates our conscience to provide timely warnings when we start down the wrong path.

The Lord has provided everything we need to avoid deception, but our spiritual security system will protect us only if it is well tuned with the Word of God and obedient to His Spirit.
[There are many false teachers in this fallen world. You will not know the Truth, if you do not read God's Holy Word. Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." --(John 14:6) ~~]
