Best of luck to you. Here are a couple things to consider.

1. MSM makes many mercury-exposed people sick. According to my research, the net effect is that it facilitates the passage of mercury through cell walls which, in turn, raises blood mercury levels. I got quite sick on it and haven't taken it since.

2. You may not want to take Vitamin C within 24 hours before the removal as it can often interfere with local aesthesia. Check with your dentist.
