I am having my almagam fillings removed this week and would like to know if there are any precautions I should take and also if there are any supplements, vitamins or minerals I should take prior to the removal and after the removal. Any comments are greatly appreciated.

My wife will be having her amalgams replaced from next week..
Currently, She is taking only Vitamin C.

My Dentist advised her to take chlorella after we visited him couple of weeks back.
After reading this forum and the dangers associated with it, she started taking only vitamin C.

Before the procedure, she will be taking chlorella(4-5 tablets).
Following amalgam removal, she will take 2 capsules and sprinkle the contents directly on her teeth.
she will keep the Chlorella in her mouth for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, Spit out the Chlorella and rinse your mouth with water.
Repeat this step that night as well.

This is the only time she will be taking it.
Till all the amalgams are removed, she will be taking only Vitamin C.

Some people have a bad reaction to chlorella, but it does contain sulfur and can help with detox. If you consider taking it, just try a little bit at first to be sure you don't have a bad reaction.

Thanks for the reply Russ. I will read up on it. As for chlorelly I have taken it in the past with no effect that I can remember. It wasn't for HM Detox. This was years ago. Again thanks.

I could not find any Algin in any healthfood stores in my area. i am going to some but it will take a week to get it. Is there anything I can take in the mean time that might do the same thing or close to it.
