My wife will be having her amalgams replaced from next week.. Currently, She is taking only Vitamin C. My Dentist advised her to take chlorella after we visited him couple of weeks back. After reading this forum and the dangers associated with it, she started taking only vitamin C. --- Before the procedure, she will be taking chlorella(4-5 tablets). Following amalgam removal, she will take 2 capsules and sprinkle the contents directly on her teeth. she will keep the Chlorella in her mouth for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, Spit out the Chlorella and rinse your mouth with water. Repeat this step that night as well. --- This is the only time she will be taking it.
