Cleanses before are usually very helpful.

Cleanses within 24 hours after amalgam removal are highly recommended, especially considering the chance of being exposed to mercury vapor during the removal process.

My dentist also recommended tons of chlorella 12 hours before the removal so long as all amalgams were being removed in that visit.
