The Luminous One is described in the Bible as the ruler of demons and a deceiver & the ruler of the air.
One that will mislead the earth the morning star and a beautiful angel and ruler of this world.
He will deceive the nations as an angel of light as he transforms himself into Yeshua.

And the description of those who have seen our God in the Bible is in a Burning bush hair white as snow eyes as the flame of fire, golden clothed, feet like brass voice of many waters.
The Bible says as they saw Him go into Heaven He shall come back.

Acts 1:11
Which also said, You men of Galilee, why stand you gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen him go into heaven.

All eyes will see him and is that as a luminous brillant bright being of light?
We must remember that Satan has the ability to appear as an " angel of light " that represents unity to appear as the leader of other religions religious figures as well.
And this being does not seem to be interested in Scripture or in correct doctrine and that's why I question this being of light that many also say is Jesus as religions all over the world contain a Jesus in their doctrine as well and they could except that.
And could fit in with their New Age beliefs or doctrine in bringing in this New Age Religion and other beliefs away from the Yeshua of Israel and the Hebrew and Greek Scriptures where He is found and comes from in History.
It's the message it sends and that link up above is concerned about it as well.
