at the moment I'm taking a fair amount of digestive enzymes every day in order to keep some symptoms at bay including skin problems and others. I just wanted to kno how many of u take enzymes, and also to Russ and other people who are in advanced stages of detox whether u still need to take enzymes or has your body recovered to a state where it can create a sufficient amount and doesn't need supplementation? Just curious cause the digestive enzymes i take are good but real expensive!

Digestive Enzymes are an excellent idea, especially of you still have amalgams or are in the early stages of mercury detox. I had to take enzymes with HCl with every meal to avoid tremendously painful heartburn in the final year before my amalgam removal. This was a way of life if I wanted to avoid the horrible pain of hearburn. The link above is the actual product I used.Mercury reduces the creation of HCl in the stomach which results in stomach gasses, heartburn and acid reflux.Mercury also reduces the creation of lipase causing you to get headaches and join aches after eating meals containing fat.For this reason, I also started taking Hi-Lipase with meals containing fat and this made all the difference in the world in terms of avoiding headaches and joint aches. Since the removal, I only take enzymes for the occasional high-protein or high-fat meal and only because I want to. My body is now perfectly able to digest this food without any problems. This is one of the many dramatic and sudden changes that took place when my amalgams were removed. Digestion is good again! Many ask: Why does fat in food cause headaches and joint aches?Because fat causes red blood cells to stick together. When this happens, these red blood cells cannot travel through capillaries which are mostly located in the brain, eyes and joints (and skin). These body tissues then begin to starve for oxygen and the result is brain-pain, joint-pain, and cold skin. When amalgams are removed, lipase production usually increases and this phenomenon goes away, as does the need for these supplements. So, unlike most pharmaceuticals which you have to take for life, lipase and food enzymes are used only as a crutch until your amalgams are removed. How cool is that?

Hmm. I've still got problems with my gut. It's always bloated and it make me feel uncomfortable. I'm defecating ok now I'm eating lots of fibre. I tried probiotics a while ago, with limited success. I read somewhere that if the liver and the gut aren't in good shape the probiotics won't be aborbed well anyway. I've done lots of liver clenses, which have helped and I'm now getting minimal green stones when I do them. I'm also taking Milk Thistle to aid my liver. I've done quite a few enemas which don't really take the bloating away. They do temporarily give me a lot of energy though.
Now I'm taking digestive enzymes. In each tablet there's 5.56 mg of Lipase and 100mg of Betaine HCI, plus other stuff. Do you think this will abate my problems? I'm certainly due a break soon.

These may help with your issues, but it really depends on what is the actual cause of the bloating. For example, if it's gas, I would highly recommend this: Chinese Anti-Gas Formula If it's actually tissue holding water, you could try potassium. Make sure you only use Potassium Gluconate. Don't use any other form unless it's combined with plant sources like: Potassium Combination These would be the first things I would personally try. Let me know if you try something that works for you. This way I can suggest it for others with the same issue. Thanks!

I well, I've only been taking the digestive Enzymes for 2 days now, but I have been taking around 10 a day, and my gut isn't as enlarged and isn't as hard as it was before. It's only slightly enlarged and really quite soft, except for the bottom part above my pelvis.
I've been urinating a lot; it seems I was retaining water.
I'm going to keep taking them for a couple more weeks to see what happen. I'll update you if anything new happens.

OK, if you're retaining water, you may need a potassium supplement as well. I would recommend only using potassium gluconate for this purpose. I live in this small town that started getting inundated with ChemTrails these past few months and I suddenly started getting symptoms of fibromyalgia. I also got bloated in the midsection. I did some research and decided to start supplementing with potassium gluconate and the symptoms started decreasing within 24 hours. Just though I'd offer this as a suggestion.

Just a note on potassium. Be careful with supplementation if you suspect copper poisoning in addition to mercury. It enhances copper uptake.
Copper synergists: Calcium, potassium, Vitamin E,
