Especially when we really don't know where it is coming from but believe we know what it seems to be.
It is kind of a self interpretation of a spiritual event.

Hi there! <<< GRINS >>>
Maybe you recall my telling you I was on the Reasonable Faith website for almost a year. One particular fellow, who studies NDE groups of people, was ranting on and on about how many of NDE people were finding out that God truly IS NOT real. He was priming me and I simply told him, "I have been crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I but Christ liveth in me. And this life I live now, I live by faith, in the Son of God who died and gave himself for me." (not verbatim).

He just wouldn't get OFF MY posts. Finally after ignoring him, he left. Then other atheists came along. If they do not have faith and the Spirit of God has not opened their spiritual eyes, then they can not and will not ever know the true and living Holy God, Jesus the Christ. The Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, is the Person who does the convicting and converting.

Lynn, I prefer to talk about the things Paul admonishes in Philippians 3:8-9. Your spirit grows by what you feed it. I do not want to dwell on the things of the evil spriritual world. (VS 10-11 is on my license plate).

NOW, may I encourage YOU, to turn off that 'idol box' (T.V./ as described by D Wilkerson), and read GOD'S HOLY WORD, BIBLE? bible When we get in front of Jesus on Judgement Day, I would like to say, "Lord, I am here because of your shed blood on calvary. I belong to YOU, Sir." Be careful what you read on the internet and in all those books your ordering, my friend.

Gotta run. What book in the Bible are you studying at this time? I really could relate to Jeremiah in Lamentations. (the weeping prophet) You won't find many people that want to here the TRUTH these days. They want their ears tickled. Later, 'gator~
