My spirit knows all this. Yet, I am in a physical body. I over come everyday, yet everyday I feel the pull of the enemy trying to get me to through in the towel. I would go ahead and give your ND a call. Unless you'd rather not continue under her 'care'/practice. What is it you need to know? Maybe Russ can help you with that. He's really superb with the nutrients, supplements, vitamins, etc. Did you take time to read some of the information on the forum regarding amalgams/ Mercury Detox, etc right below this section? You may find some one THERE who is walking in your shoes. smile
