Yes, this is called reverse fascism. In Mussolini's Italy, the state ran the corporations. What Rockefeller is talking about is the corporations running the state. They buy the politicians into office. They buy the media and exclude others or minimize media coverage of other politicians like Ron Paul. ( I am considered a terrorist just for writing this.
