My mood is all over the place and I'm really having a hard time dealing with this. I have plans to get my filling(s) removed sometime this month but my symptoms just keep getting worse and worse.
I was wondering if you could help me with my supplement line up here it is, I put them into catagories.
Mercury recommend supplements: -1000 mg Vitamin C -1 Mutivitamin -50 mg Zinc -400 mg Magnesium Citrate -Carotene Complex w/ lycopene -Vitamin E 200 UI (It's going to be natural vitamin E soon) -Milk Thisthle 600 mg (standardized to 80%) -Fish oil 1.2 grams EPA and 600 mg DHA (this also helps keep my serotonin levels steady, this is very high dose, worth it in my opinion)
Nootropics/Brain Enhancers: -Ashwagandha 225 mg std 8% (I have noticed great reduction in brain fog from taking this, also it's sedating effects helps stabilize my mood) -L-Theanine 100 mg (another mood stabilizer, helps brain produce more GABA and reduces glutamate activity, both helpful for mercury poisoning, don't over do the dose though)
Other: -Glucosamine, Chondroitin (I take this because I have problems with cartilage that keeps breaking, anyways I have noticed weird symptoms since I have been taking it, coincidence?)
Any recommendations?

If I were you, I'd stop the Milk Thistle and see what happens. Once you've established a baseline, I'd stop the fish oil and see if you notice any other change. Thses are both great supplements but Milk Thistle can really affect your mood and unless the fish oil is certified for undetectable mercury content, it could be making things worse. In short, make sure you're using NSP Fish Oils because of it's certification for undetectable mercury levels. Let us know.

Thanks Russ. I'm 99% confident the fish oil is ok because it is moleculary distilled.
I'll stop taking the milk thisthle and see what happens. I've gotten a little lazy on research because there is so many supplements to take.

Please let us know what happens.
If that doesn't make a difference, I'd love to see what happens if you stop the fish oil anyway. I've made some valuable discoveries by experimenting a little with unlikely solutions.

I quit taking the milk thislte and I'm feeling better. I think that was the problem.
