Thats why I was told not to use the ALA for 3-4 mths. The body will naturally reduce the mercury in the blood by itself, without DMSA. It is just supposed to be quicker and more effective with DMSA.
I have past kidney issues so do NOT want to use DMSA.
If I wait out the 3-4 mths I will be fine too detox with ALA alone.
DMSA is optional, ALA is neccessary.
