After 5 years of degraded health - I had my fillings replaced 4 months back, and yesterday - I took my first step and began chelation using the Cutler protocol. I have opted to spend the first 3 months on DMSA only, on 12.5mg doses. I have 2 alarms set to go off every 4 hours over a 72 hour period that suits me best. One on my phone, and one on my laptop. I understand how crucially important it is not to miss a dose - so I'm making sure I'm always alerted as to when to take it. I created a blog with which I plan to document the next 18 months on the Cutler protocol - and by the end, I hope to give an honest evaluation. I plan on following the plan to a T - so there can be no excuses for success or failure. You can read it here: http://rejectmercury.blogspot.com/

Thanks for keeping a log on your progress. I know so many people who have become sick in the past 6 years from massive chemtrail spraying. Because chemtrails contain aluminum, and since mercury reacts with aluminum creating toxicity that is 100x more toxic (per Dr. Haley), then mercury toxic persons are even more vulnerable to chemtrails. Thanks again for documenting your progress. For anyone interested, I have documented my story as well: My Mercury/Chemtrail Story

No problem Finished my 6th round on Thursday. Bit of a rough week, but managing. Can't wait to introduce ALA. That will be around mid-october.

17 rounds complete (of DMSA). Introduced ALA alongside the DMSA on round 13 - so I have 5 rounds of that complete. Current doses are 25mg of DMSA and 50mg of ALA. Although, I will be increasing ALA to 100mg in a few weeks as I'm tolerating it very well. Blog updated also: http://rejectmercury.blogspot.com

Comment on advice to stop DMSA due to kidney pain. But this was after 7 months of protocol, and the kidneys tested out alright thankfully. But couldn't the problem have been not drinking enough fluids (e.g. cranberry juice) and especially water and more water? And of course no booze a no brainer! Especially that the DMSA is water-soluble. So what happens if it doesn't dissolve?
I've never heard anyone emphasize the importance of staying hydrated while chelating.
About ready to try DMSA myself 6 mos after amalgam removal, but still got cold feet....
thanks for the blog!

Stay hydrated, definitely. Also, enzymes, probiotics, magnesium, potassium can all help a lot.
