Well as for removal of my amalgam on a molar- it's all gone and replaced with compatible material. The procedure took like 30-45 min. I felt some pain during the drilling but it didn't bother me that much. Upon the completion, the doc handed me the mirror and as I looked in it, I was very pleased to see no metal but a natural looking tooth. This is exciting for the time being, but the next thing to do is to detox of course and it's going to take time before I will start feeling the difference in my health. Right now I am on vitamin C, E, and magnesium. I am going to add Algin and whey protein next. So far so good! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
