Lynnmn, I enjoy all your posts here in the Bible thread. I do have a question though. The Sabbath was originally the 7th day and I do think there is something significant about the number 7 in the bible as well and like you said, God could of made the world in 1 day or in 1 second but chose to do it in 7 days.

but in the Romans chapter 14 verse 5 it says, "One person esteems one day as better than another, while another esteems all days alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind."

doesn't this mean everyone can choose which ever day they want to be their sabbath? anyway, God Bless!!
