On Amazon they are selling 6 ounces of Ceylon cinnamon for $15+ shipping, which is around $40 a pound+shipping! Amazon itself has it for $25.51 a pound with free shipping .I found another website selling a pound for $16.50 with free US shipping(or around $12 a pound for 5 pounds, or around $10 a pound for 10 pounds). I guess if you own a restaurant buying 10 pounds at a time is good, but otherwise one pound at a time is more than enough. I like buying the $1 4 ounce cassia containers though. The 4 ounce cassia container lasts me a long time.
