Another reason it wouldn't work for us is it's against the First Amendment.

That "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Most people who cherish their freedoms and don't want an alternative to them don't want to do away with this right.
This would have to be abolished first under a one world religion of course.

Religious liberty is a right and a gift and precious according to many in the world now.
But something is coming that is so amazingly spectacular & supernatural that many in this world will willingly give that up at that time because..
What is coming will look soooo good that even Atheism will pale by comparison because they will become very religious too.
Becoming future converts.
