Men in no way get left out in the way of God's love for them in the Bible. But as the special role God gave them in this life calls for a higher calling and accountabilty in God's eyes and that is why it can effect the relationship and prayer life. To point out that women are the ones usually more on the receiving side of physical and emotional abuse and God wants to prevent that with His Wisdom and Understanding. I THANK God for that compassion and caring for us. Though a male could come under abuse as well. "Healing The Emotional Scars." http://orbisvitae.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=42285#Post42285 No matter what ones perspective or beliefs are in life... Abuse is never O.K... I'm not here just to be right though I believe my faith in Jesus/Yeshua IS the right one but have come here to share with others. Even if one happens not to be Christian maybe they will find what is shared on this site to be helpful for them. Becoming all things to all people and God so loved the world He gave his only begotten son. For men and women both! As Co-heirs together of life. God's gift.
