This Blasphemy law sounds very one sided to me as who gets to decide what's blasphemy as there are many different voiced beliefs in this world.
As we don't all agree with each other in this world and my religious belief supports freedom of religion of now and only God will decide fairly at the end of time.....
when it comes to Judgement it's not for human kind in that regard to do.
I also believe this resolution seeks to curtail and penalize speech. Freedom of speech and religion.
To me it sounds as awful as Sharia law does..
