Hey Marek,
Nice to hear from you. All of your symptoms are very commonly associated with mercury.
When you get them removed, please be sure to use a dentist that is specially trained on how to remove them safely. I now know of many people who tried to save money by going to a regular dentist and are now very sick.
I've attempted to answer your questions below. I hope we can help.
1. Can I start with this vitamins?
C - 500mg/day
E - 100iu/day
Beta-Carotene - 6mg/day
Folic Acid - 800mcg/day
Zinc - 15mg/day
Magnesium - 400mg/day
Copper - 2mg/day
Selenium - 100mcg/day
Excellent. You've been doing some research. I can tell by your choices of supplements.
If I were you, here's what I'd do.
C - 500mg/day
Increase to 4000 mg per day
E - 100iu/day
Increase to 400 IU per day
Beta-Carotene - 6mg/day
Take a higher dose blend such as this:
Carotenoid Blend Copper - 2mg/day
I would stop taking this unless you can tell that it's making you feel better.
Is there some multivitamin which consists of all mentioned supplements?
Not that I know of. You'll probably have to take them all separately.
I will tell my dentist, that he must follow right instructions to remove amalgam filling, but what are the right instructions? Huggins safety protocol for removal?
The Huggins protocol is good. I would check out this page for a list of precautions a dentist can take to protect you during the removal of amalgam fillings:
Safety Precautions During Amalgam Removal What is the period between removing amalgam fillings?
One tooth a month or two months?
I had mine all out the same day. I had 9. My business partner (Laura) had her's all out in the same day as well. She had about 20.
If you find a good dentist, it's really up to you and him. I generally like getting it all overwith. For someone who is in fragile health, they would want to do only a little at a time.
You also need to consider the order in which they are removed. Please see this article for details:
Removing Amalgams in Quadrant-Voltage Order What happens after? Should I take some other vitamins or drugs?
(something like lipoic acid, MSM, and chelating drugs after amalgam removal)
I recommend detoxing slowly and gently. Taking MSM or ALA (Alpha-Lipoic Acid) is pretty harsh and I only recommend it when it's been established that you're in good shape after the removal.
I use whey protein and chlorella, but the most important supplement to protect yourself during detox is algin. Here is some information that will help:
Algin When you add in additional detox supplements, I would add the in only one at a time and then, after 2 weeks, see how you feel. Detox will be a lifestyle for the next several years. I'm 5 years past my removal and I still detox daily.
Make sure you take
Alin when detoxing to capture the mercury and help keep it from redistributing in the body. I consider algin the single most important detox supplement.
What about Algin?
What is the most well-designed detox plan?
You really have to make the detox plan up as you go in terms of speed. You can use
Alpha-Lipoic Acid but you may get sick if you take too much too soon. I would recommend adding one supplement in at a time and give yourself 2 weeks to make sure your body can handle it.
On a side note: Please consder sending me your entire story when you're finished getting the amalgams removed. Everyone's story benefits those who are looking for answers for the cause of their ailments and yours would certainly be beneficial as well.
I hope this helps and please let us know if we can help futher.
