lmao sorry to laugh math but the exact same thing happened to me
(involuntarily committed lol). I just figured out my problem though so no longer worried about anything. If i could advocate one thing for everyone seriously unwell on this board (like jinx and sounds like yourself) it would be barium swallow ct scan thing. Gives very detailed look at your guts andwhats going on inside them/any problems. I would never have found my problem unless this test was performed. And if nothing comes up at least you can rule that part of it out. Also organic acid profiles are pretty detailed tests too of all the different biochemical pathways in the body so they have a lot of utility. Good luck
