ALA is safe to use for someone who has had their mercury fillings removed and waited at least 3 months after removal, if it is taken every 3 hours using the Cutler protocol. http://onibasu.com/wiki/Cutler_protocolThere is a slight loss of some minerals when using ALA, but that is not an issue if you take supplements.
