I too have experienced an increased feeling of tireness, fatigue basically. I always thought being tired was just 'who I am'. It's gone from "dragging my feet slightly" to "not going out because it's just too much effort". I too used to sleep many hours, around 12, and still wake up tired.

My fatigue affects me legs the most. There's not a single area where my legs hurt. It's everywhere. In fact, it's not really a pain. It's like someone sucked all the energy out.

I've never been able to concentrate either. But as I'm dyslexic, I'm unsure if that's related to amalgam fillings or not, but they probably don't help.

The only symptom I have, but you haven't, is Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Good luck with the doctors. But I wouldn't be surprised if they say there's nothing wrong with you. Because it's not like you've got a virus or an infection; your immune system, among other system, is just impaired because of the mercury. I describe it as "feeling like an 80 year old". Of course, if they do a proper test to see if you've got mercury poisoning (the DMPS challenge seems the most effective, blood and hair tests don't always work apprently) they may be more useful.

My Health Service (British) has been throughly useless

Good luck.

(ps. cut the tuna, and all fish, out. I'd also recommend you drink bottled water. But the water may be clean where you are.)
