I've been reading about mercury poisoning lately and was interested in some insight.
Lately I've been feeling extremely tired, I can't concentrate at work, I feel a little depressed as in I don't really care about anything.
I've always been a laid back person, I would describe myself as being 'born tired'. I always had sleeping problems, not sleep apnea or insomnia, just always had trouble falling asleep no matter how tired I was. And no matter how many hours of sleep I do get, I'm always tired.
I never really did too well in school, again I never really felt able to concentrate.
Anyway, I've always had dental problems, I can remember getting crowns when I was 5 years old. I'm now 25, and every molar in my mouth has a silver filling, along with some other teeth. I think I counted 16. I eat 1 can of chunk light tuna a day, I workout a lot and eat it for the protein.
I'm starting to get worried that I may have low level mercury poisoning that may be catching up with me. As I said I've been noticing more extreme tiredness over the last 4 - 5 months.
Would my physician be the one to go to to ask for a mercuryscreening? Or should I go somewhere else?
Any insight to this is greatly appreciated.
