what type of mineral supplement Carla?? I saw this awesome naturopath...that tests the whole body(took 4 hours)i'm on chlorella,ala,garlic,vitc...barley greens,selenium,calc/mag,multi vit...2 types of homeopathic liquids(unda 44,258)..to drain my liver/kidneys...and 4 types of homeopathic globules.....merc.sol,silica,camphor,thiju...on different days of the week...for immune support...i guess i have a lingering virus...which because of the metals, my body can't fight off....plus ribes nigrum(for adreanl glands) to support cns..and enzymes......and the foot pads...sounds like a lot....but I have only been on these for 1 week...and I feel major changes already....Plus I know they are good for me, because she tested them all on my body, and it is what my body needs....She has certain energy machines to test everything...... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Instead of guessing and trying a whole bunch of stuff(and spending a lot of money)..I would recommend finding a good naturopath who can test for everything that your body needs...I was taking vitb, fish oils, etc...and my body tested negative for these..I did not need them....I was wasting time and money....The app't cost $200.00 for 4 hours...it was worth every penny...and followups are only $60...Hope this helps anyone...Sandra P
