Thanks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Right now, I am so scared of getting pregnant that I am "almost" put off sex completely. On the plus side, my fertility is so low at the moment that it is unlikely I could get pregnant (especially if my problem is due to PCOS and not toxicity), so if a barrier method failed, I guess the chances of me getting pregnant that month would be pretty small.
That is a good point about our feelings changing. In 10 years time I may not be as phobic about things as I am now. But it is a problem for me as I am so medically phobic the only contraception I could face is the male condom. I am scared of getting toxic shock syndrome from the sponges etc and don't want the hormonal pills.
I do hope my anxieties go somewhat when I have the fillings out, but if improvement is slower for vegetarians, it might be a long time. But the phobias intrude into almost every part of my life and it's been this way since I was 10 years old. It's terrible. I wish I could be like other women and people and not have so many phobias.
