As if there aren't enough telltale signs like screennames incorporating the number of the beast and such... No, that's not enough. Here's a Blogger for American Atheists whining about "The Death of Halloween". ...the sub-division that I live in has almost 400 homes in it. Not a single one participates in Halloween. There are zero kids on the street Halloween night. I know what you’re thinking, but I am not exaggerating. Not a single home participates and hands out candy because the kids are not there to receive it.
The sub-division down the street from us was a popular place to trick-or-treat about ten years ago, but nowadays it is also empty: no kids going from home to home and no homes participating with very few decorations. Aw, bum widdle satey-watey out, does it?  Oh wait - wasn't that s'posed-ta be "athey-wathey"? Why should anyone pretend they're any good at keeping  their secrets if they're not? And since it's a blog, there are responses. Here's a snippet from one: If the christians want to carry on about the “War on Christmas”, then we should remind them about the “War on Halloween” that they have been waging for some time. Please do! C'mon out & show the whole world exactly who you support.
